Mga Pagkain na Nakakapagpataas ng Uric Acid (Bawal sa May Gout)

Ang hyperuricemia o mataas na lebel na uric acid sa dugo ay nauugnay sa sakit na gout, mga sakit sa puso at diabetes. Nakukuha ang uric acid kapag naproseso ng katawan natin ang purines mula sa ating mga kinakain. Kapag ang mga kinakain natin ay napakataas ng purine content, sigurado na tataas din ang uric acid sa ating katawan. Narito ang listahan ng mga pagkain ng mataas sa purines at dapat iwasan o bawasan ang pagkain para makaiwas sa pag-atake ng gout. Hindi naman ibig sabihin, hindi ka na kakain ng mga pagkain na nabanggit. Basta limitahan o bawasan lang. Dahil kapag sobrang dami nang kinain, tataas din sigurado agn uric acid at susumpong na naman ang iyong gout.
Sobrang taas ng purines/uric acid. Dapat iwasan ng mga may gout.
1. Dilis, tilapya, lapu-lapu, sardinas, tamban, tambakol
2. Karne ng baboy, baka, tupa at gansa
3. Utak ng baboy, baka at iba pang hayop
4. Laman loob (atay, puso) ng baboy at manok
5. Scallops, tahong, talangka, aliimango, talaba itlog ng isda
6. Alak
Di gaanong mataas ang purines/uric acid. Pwede kainin pero bawasan lang nang kaunti kapag may gout.
1. Palos, hipon, sugpo at ulang
2. Manok
3. Salmon
4. Beans, peas, taho, munggo, asparagus, cauliflower, spinach
5. Kabute, tokwa
6. Cereals.
Narito naman ang mga pagkain na mababa ang purines/uric acid. Ito ang pwedeng-pwedeng kainin ng mga may gout.
1. Gatas
2. Mani, peanut butter, cheese
3. Pasta
4. Biscuit at cake
5. Chocolate
5. Mansanas, orange, ubas, pinya, peras, peach, abokado
6. Karot, pipino, repolyo, letsugas, kamatis, labanos, patatas
7. Itlog
8. Yogurt
