"Peace begins with a single breath—and today, Group B embraced that fully. 🌿🧘‍♀️

Through gentle movement, deep breathing, and mindful presence, we created a safe space to release anxiety and reconnect with ourselves.

Each stretch was a step toward calm, each breath a reminder that we are in control of our own peace. Together, we slowed down, tuned in, and rose stronger. Keep showing up for yourself—you are doing better than you think. 🌼✨
