We at the Cavite Tai Chi & Qigong Club are currently learning the 32 Sword Form (三十二式太极剑) — one of the most practiced tai chi sword forms in the world.

Developed in 1957, it contains 32 flowing movements and 13 sword techniques. The jian—the elegant double-edged straight sword known as the "gentleman of weapons”—is said to be an extension of your arm, your breath, your intention.

One continuous dance between body, blade, and presence. 🗡️✨
