At around 4:15 PM of August 3, 2025, the Camp Sgt Quintin M Merecido Hospital (CSQMMH) medical team, headed by Dr. Dave A. Maniwang, Family Medicine, under the supervision of the CSQMMH Chief of Hospital Dr. Manuel R. Garcia Jr., together with nurses NUP Vistal and NUP Jimenez and midwife NUP Amaro, promptly responded to an emergency call (by Regional Director's staff) to assist a 39-year old, male patient who complained of sudden dizziness.

Immediate assessment revealed a BP of 240/140 mmhg with slurring of speech, facial asymmetry, and left sided numbness of the upper and lower extremities.

The initial diagnosis was Hypertensive Emergency, t/c CVA Infarct, GCS 15.

The patient was immediately brought to the PNP PRO 11 Ambulatory Surgical Clinic for the initial stroke management. The patient was stabilized and subsequently transferred to Southern Philippines Medical Center (transported via RMDU 11 ambulance), a local government hospital, for admission and further evaluation and management.

Garcia, Jr., performed shaving of epidermal lesion in the neck area of a female patient in the morning of August 7, 2025 while in the afternoon of the same day, Dr. Adrian Raymond Orteza performed shaving of epidermal lesion in the nasal area of a female patient.

Both procedures were performed at the PNP PRO 11 Ambulatory Surgical Clinic, Police Regional Office 11, Camp Sgt Quintin M Merecido, Buhangin, Davao City. On July 23, 2025, under the supervision of Dr. Manuel R. Garcia, Jr., Chief of Hospital, Camp Sgt Quintin M Merecido Hospital (CSQMMH), two patients were successfully operated by Dr. Adrian G. Trinidad, Orthopedic Surgeon of the CSQMMH, at the PNP PRO 11 Ambulatory Surgical Clinic.

Dr. Trinidad performed ORIF Plating of Acromioclavicular Joint and Radius Right with Dr. Norman Q. Cruz as the anesthesiologist who administered anesthesia under Peripheral Nerve Block to Patient No. 1, a male Police Non-Commissioned Officer (PNCO). On the other hand, Patient No. 2, a female PNCO, underwent Excision Biopsy of soft tissue neoplasm, right axilla.

Dr. Adrian G. Trinidad, Orthopedic Surgeon of the Camp Sgt Quintin M Merecido Hospital (CSQMMH), under the leadership of Dr. Manuel R. Garcia Jr., CSQMMH Chief of Hospital, performed three surgical procedures to the PNP personnel of the Police Regional Office 11 on June 18, 2025 at the PRO 11 Ambulatory Surgical Clinic, Camp Sgt Quintin M Merecido, Buhangin, Davao City.

These procedures were the following:

-Excision biopsy of epidermal inclusion cyst, right arm to a female Non-Uniformed Personnel;

-Excision biopsy of lipoma left lower back to a male Police Non-Commissioned Officer; and

-Shaving of epidermal lesions to a male Police Commissioned Officer.
