Good day, HCDC Community!
The Medical-Dental Clinic and NSTP Program in Partnership with the Philippine Red Cross Davao Chapter will conduct a Blood Letting Activity on September 13, 2023 (Wednesday), from 8:00AM to 12:00NN at MH201, MH202 & MH203 Classrooms.
In line with this, we are inviting everyone who are willing to donate to come on the said date and follow these Important Reminders:
1. Your weight must be at least 50kg.
2. You have normal blood pressure or if Hypertensive, has maintenance and BP is controlled during the blood letting day.
3. You have normal hemoglobin count.
4. You must have had at least 8 hours of sleep the night before the blood letting.
5. You must be well with no flu-like illness, fever, colds and cough.
6. You must avoid alcoholic beverages and liquor drinks a night before the blood letting.
7. If you have a tattoo, it must be at least one year.
8. If you have previously donated blood, at least minimum of three (3) months period has lapsed.
