Greetings from PRC RO XI!



In view of the approval of the Commission for the conduct of a face-to-face Oath Taking Ceremonies for new MIDWIVES on 11 December 2025, kindly advise inductees with the following guidelines:



1. All successful examinees who are interested to attend the face-to-face (F2F) mass oathtaking shall secure a slot via https://online.prc.gov.ph in order to register and confirm their attendance. Select the concerned PRC Regional Office. (NO payment required). The system will close at exactly 12:00 noon of the working day prior to the date of the oathtaking.



2. A copy of the Oath Form and QR code shall be downloaded after the transaction.



3. Oath Takers shall contact the F2F oathtaking organizers (Accredited Professional Organization) for the details in joining the face-to-face oathtaking.



4. Upon arrival at the venue, Printed Copy of Oath Taking Form must be verified and Submitted to the PRC Personnel.



5. After the event, please wait 1-2 days for the system to update your Oath Taking Status. Registrants are then instructed to secure their online appointment for initial registration.



6. Only those whose QR codes are verified by the PRC Personnel may be tagged “attended” in the system.



7. Inductees that have not been tagged as “attended” in the system cannot proceed with their initial registration.



1. On the appointment date and place of Initial Registration, the registrant shall submit a copy of his/her System Generated Registration Form and shall sign the Commission Registry Sheet on site.

(OATH OF PROFESSIONAL /PANUNUMPA WILL BE AVAILABLE 2-3 DAYS BEFORE THE OATH TAKING, KINDLY CHECK OUR FB PAGE FOR UPDATES. ONCE NAKA REGISTER NA KAYO SA IMAP LINK, WALA NA PONG PROBLEMA YAN, KINDLY WAIT LANG SA ANNOUNCEMENT NI PRC)

Strengthening the capacity of midwives to provide critical care and support to survivors of gender-based violence. The Integrated Midwives Association of the Philippines, Inc. (IMAP) Davao City Chapter, together with IMAP Region XI, participated in the Training of Trainers for Clinical Management of R**e and Intimate Partner Violence, a transformative 5-day intensive workshop held at Seda. This vital training, funded by UNFPA and in partnership with the Department of Health, aims to equip healthcare professionals with the skills to offer compassionate, trauma-informed care to survivors of violence.

Davao City Chapter President Raquel Morales, Secretary Susan Rabanes, alongside members Elsa Rulida and Alstair Tecarro, and Region XI President Neidel Feah Ajos, were joined by Ma'am Anna of FPOP Davao in this important initiative. Together, they represent a collective effort to improve healthcare responses to gender-based violence, ensuring that survivors receive the care and dignity they deserve.

With collaboration and expertise at the forefront, we are building stronger, more responsive healthcare systems for vulnerable communities.
