📢 LPLC Launches SPED Outreach Program in Compostela Davao de Oro

Little Professors Learning Center (LPLC) is proud to announce the implementation of its Adopt a Public School SPED (APSS) Program at its branch in Compostela. This initiative forms part of LPLC’s ongoing community outreach efforts aimed at providing special education assessment services to children from low-income families.

From March 20 to 27, 2026, LPLC conducted a week-long evaluation for neurodiverse learners at its Compostela branch, benefiting students from San Antonio Elementary School and Cadunan Elementary School - Mabini, Davao de Oro. A total of 18 students underwent developmental and cognitive assessments (i.e. CoPS and LASS) and specific Dyslexia assessments based on the Orton-Gillingham approach. These evaluations were funded by DepEd’s SNED funds and aimed to identify the needs of students with neurodevelopmental challenges, ensuring they receive the tailored interventions they deserve.

Through this program, LPLC reaffirms its commitment to inclusive education, ensuring that every child—regardless of socioeconomic background—has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

We are proud to launch the March 2026 ABAT Cohort under Little Professors Learning Center. This group brings together 18 Learning Support staff from the International School of Uganda and 7 therapists from The Bright Future Behavioral Center in the Philippines.

Together, these 25 professionals are beginning their training in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis, strengthening their skills in implementing behavior support strategies, skill acquisition procedures, and systematic data collection to better support diverse learners.

We look forward to the growth and impact this dedicated cohort will bring to their schools, centers, and communities.
