Naniniwala ako na sa buhay mag-asawa, dapat laging priority ang spouse. Siya ang kasama mo sa lahat, sa saya, sa iyak, sa gulo, at sa laban. Pero aminin natin… minsan, mas nangingibabaw yung pagmamahal natin sa mga anak.

And that’s okay. Kasi mahalin mo man ang asawa mo as your priority, it doesn’t mean na mas less ang pagmamahal mo sa mga anak mo. Hindi siya sukat-sukatan. Hindi siya comparison. Love is never divided, it’s multiplied.

Ako, I love my wife with all my heart. Pero hindi ibig sabihin na kulang ang para sa mga anak ko. I give my best to both, lalo na sa oras at presence, kasi yun ang hindi kayang palitan ng kahit anong bagay.

At higit sa lahat, nagpapasalamat ako kay Lord. Kasi minahal Niya ako nang walang kondisyon. At ikaw din, mahal na mahal ka Niya. Mahal Niya ang pamilya mo. At sana, maramdaman mo ‘yun today. 🙏✨

Moving Forward ✨

Alam mo, habang nagdarasal ako kanina, narealize ko na wala ni isa sa atin ang perfect.
Lahat tayo, kahit minsan lang, nagkamali.
Minsan public, minsan private. Pero lahat, may bahid ng pagkakamali.

Ang problema, madalas doon tayo nauubos.
Sa kakahanap ng mali. Sa kakatingin kung sino ang dapat sisihin.
Gusto natin makita silang bumagsak, gusto natin silang maparusahan.
Pero kahit bumagsak man sila o hindi, ikaw pa rin ang mai-stuck.
Ikaw pa rin ang hindi gagalaw.

Kasi habang naka-focus ka sa kasalanan ng iba, nakalimutan mong may plano si Lord para sa’yo.
Nakalimutan mong may blessing ka pa ring dala.
At nakalimutan mong ang pinakaimportante ay hindi ang kung sino ang may kasalanan… kundi kung paano ka babangon at magpapatuloy.

Kaya kung may bigat kang dala ngayon… stop pointing, stop blaming.
Start moving.
Ilagay mo lahat ng energy, oras, lakas sa pagtupad ng destiny mo.
Yun ang tunay na justice. Yun ang tunay na moving forward.

And me, I choose to continually love my wife, love my family, and love the people around me—l, rather than wasting my life pointing fingers at who’s at fault.

I am so blessed to have a very beautiful wife, a loving partner, and a caring mother to my children. 💕
At ang dasal ko, sana kayo rin… makita n’yo at ma-celebrate ang pagmamahal na binigay ng Diyos sa inyong pamilya. Because in the end, love is the only reason we can truly move forward. 🙏✨

Use Money, Love People:
Conflicts are everywhere in our country. Turn on the news, scroll through social media, or simply walk around your community you’ll see tension, division, and struggles. As citizens, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. But here’s a truth we often forget: most of what happens around us is beyond our control.

What is within our control? The way we think. The way we decide. The choices we make every single day.

Leaning on Faith Amid Chaos:
Ako po, sa kabila ng lahat ng pagsubok at problema whether personal, sa community, or sa ating mahal na bansa I’ve learned to lean on prayer. I ask God: What should I do? How can I stay inspired, motivated, and courageous despite the toxicity around me?

A leader once said: “If you want to change, change your environment.” But what if your environment is where your whole life is rooted?
What if your environment is the soil of your own nation? Should we just give up?

For me, the answer is no. Instead, I choose to pray. I choose gratitude. And I remind myself: whatever happens, I will strive to become the best version of myself for my family, for my children, and for the people who look up to me.

The Choice We Must Make:
It’s tempting to complain, to blame, or to check out emotionally when things seem out of control. But leadership whether inside your home or in your community starts with how you carry yourself.

Our children are watching. The next generation is learning not from our words alone, but from our actions. And the legacy we leave behind won’t be measured by wealth, possessions, or titles. It will be measured by the values we lived out daily.

A Principle Worth Remembering:
There’s one principle I wish more people would take to heart:

Use money, and love people. Not the other way around.

When people start to love money and use people, society breaks down. Greed takes over. Relationships become transactional. Trust disappears.

But when we flip it the right way when we use money as a tool and love people as our mission everything shifts. Families grow stronger. Communities heal. Even nations can rise again.

Final Word
So, while conflicts may be rampant and challenges may feel unending, let us not forget where our power truly lies: in our decisions, in our gratitude, and in our choice to love.

I hope and pray that we all learn to live this truth:
👉 Use money. Love people. Not the other way around.

Because if we live by that principle, we won’t just survive this environment we’ll transform it.

Bakit nga ba ang hirap umangat sa buhay?
And when I say umangat, hindi lang ito tungkol sa pera o yaman. Kasama dito ang career, relationships (spouse, bf/gf, friends, family, etc.), pati na rin ang dreams at aspirations natin.

Almost everyone says, para ma-achieve mo ang success, kailangan meron kang:
1. Right Attitude
2. Determination
3. Discipline
4. Precision, and so on.

Sounds familiar, right? Majority ng tao, yan ang paniniwala. Pero REAL TALK. marami na sa atin ang may ganitong attributes. Ang dami na ring seminars, workshops, at conferences na inattendan para ma-build ‘to. Pero bakit hanggang ngayon, ang hirap pa rin magtagumpay?

Alam mo kung ano talaga ang dapat i-master ng isang tao? As in GRAND MASTER level, hindi lang may alam kundi tunay na expert?
You’ll be surprised… kasi sobrang simple, halos no-brainer, pero lagi nating tine-take for granted.
👉 That is COMMUNICATION.

Pansin mo ba, madalas ang issue ay hindi dahil walang alam ang tao… kundi dahil mali ang pagka-communicate? Example: tinanong ka, “Mag-aattend ka ba ng party mamaya?” Tapos ang sagot, “👍” lang. So iniisip mo yes. Pero ang totoo, ni-like lang niya yung tanong, wala pa siyang sagot. Kita mo na? Miscommunication agad.

Ganun kalakas ang power ng communication, kaya nitong baguhin ang perspective, culture, temper, at discipline. Lahat ng ‘yan, apektado kapag walang proper communication.

Eto pa, reality check: karamihan bumibili ng latest at mahal na cellphone. Pero sad to say, 8 out of 10 tao, magrereply lang depende sa mood, temper, or VALUE na nakikita nila. Kahit gaano ka-importante ang message, sasabihin lang na “busy.”

Now imagine this, nasa work or business ka, tapos biglang walang signal at internet for 4 hours.
Boom! Banks, airlines, transportation, lahat maaapektuhan. Kasi lahat yan naka-depende sa communication. Same din sa tao-sa-tao (P2P).

So here’s the bottomline:
👉 Set aside emotions.
👉 Put value and importance to people.
👉 Use money, but love people.
👉 Communicate well and give importance to it.
