🧠 🌍 💭 TIP 4 - MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 🧠🌎 💭

Connect With Others:  Friends, family, pets...even a casual friendly hello to a stranger can boost positive feelings, help ward off depression and anxiety, and make you feel that you are connected to others. Focus on the quality of your friendships and relationships, not the quantity. If someone helps you feel supported, happy, useful, liked or loved, or any other positive feelings, keep the connection going.

The Mental Health Department within the Ministry of Health is staffed by qualified mental health professionals who will provide you with support, information and ideas about where you can go to get help.

Contact the Montserrat Ministry of Health on 1-664-491-5218 or 491-5346 for assistance today.

Good morning☀️Start your day with acceptance: it's okay not to be okay. Being young can feel tough, with lots of pressures from all sides. But it's normal to feel sad, anxious, or lost sometimes. We're all human, after all.

Talking about our struggles is important. It helps break the silence and shows others they're not alone. Whether it's talking to friends or seeking professional help, reaching out is a sign of strength.

📌REMEMBER: "taking care of your mental health is vital". Set boundaries, practice self-care, and be kind to yourself. Success isn't just about achievements; it's about finding peace and joy within. Together, let's create a world where it's okay to not be okay.
