‼️ 5K FOR PK FUN RUN/WALK REMINDERS ‼️

1. Starting point is at 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 at Brgy. Tabugon, and finish line is at 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲.

2. Strictly 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲 as seen in the photo below. Route will be from Tabugon ➡️ Licu-an ➡️ San Matias ➡️ Poblacion.

3. Be at Tabugon Farmers’ at 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠, for registration, reading of mechanics, and some exciting warmups.

4. We are accepting 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸-𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝟱:𝟭𝟱 𝗔𝗠!

5. 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 signed by their parent/guardian to participate in the event.

6. Gun time is at 5:30 AM, sharp.

7. Water stations will be at Brgy. Licu-an and Brgy. San Matias.

8. Marshalls will be deployed in strategic areas to ensure safety and security at all times.

9. Most importantly, 𝗘𝗡𝗝𝗢𝗬! It’s called Fun Run/Walk for a reason!

🚐 𝗗𝗢𝗛 𝗸𝗡𝗢𝘄𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗩𝗮𝗻: On August 8, DOH’s kNOwTell Van will visit Di**le to provide general consultation, free selected laboratory tests (pregnancy test, dengue, HIV, syphilis, urinalysis, random blood sugar), free maintenance medications, nutritional consultation and counselling, and free condoms and l***s

You love running (or walking, we don’t judge) because it’s trendy and it boosts your endorphins. We get it!

And that’s why our first sub-program is a Fun Run called 5K for PK Fun Run!

Assembly time is 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 at 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁. Gun time is at 5:30 AM. The race will start from the assembly area in Tabugon to 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 in Brgy. Poblacion. And yes, that’s indeed 5K (for 5 kilometers).

Because this is an event for health promotion, this Fun Run has 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! Just 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗤𝗥 𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲 provided, and fill out the Google form.

To spice up the run, we’re giving 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 to arrive at the finish line:
• First Place - P1,500
• Second Place - P1,000
• Third Place - P500
• Fourth to Tenth Place - P200
And more raffle prizes and refreshments await for our race finishers!

The race is open 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀. Marshalls will ensure safety and security at all times. And come to Brgy. Tabugon in your 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗳𝗶𝘁!

𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹?

Di**le Primary Care Facility is inviting every Di**leanon to join the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 of DOH’s newest flagship program, 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗞𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗻!

This program aims to deliver health services to the areas most in need of them. In other words, it’s delivering “kalusugan” to every “purok”.

And for our Launching Activity, we don’t only have one program. We have 𝟯 𝘀𝘂𝗯-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀!
