📍 University Health Services – Hagonoy Campus
We are inviting all students, faculty, and staff to avail of our FREE blood sugar testing at Hagonoy Campus on August 26-29, 2025 (8am-5pm)!
💉 Tests Offered:
✅ FBS (Fasting Blood Sugar)
✅ RBS (Random Blood Sugar)
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
🔹 For FBS, please fast for 8–10 hours before the test (no food or drinks except water).
🔹 For RBS, no fasting is required.
🔍 Note: Blood Sugar tests during this event will be done using a glucometer. This provides a quick and convenient way to check your blood sugar level through a finger prick.
📌 Reminder: Glucometer results are for screening purposes only. If your result is high or abnormal, we recommend a follow-up consultation and confirmatory test at a laboratory.

In response to the recent flooding in Bulacan, the University Health Services is offering FREE DOXYCYCLINE for prophylaxis against leptospirosis.

💊 This preventive medication is available to students, faculty, and staff who may have been exposed to floodwaters.
📍 Visit the UHS Clinic- Hagonoy Campus as soon as possible to receive your dose.
⚠️ Distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies last.

Alam mo ba kung paano malalaman kung may rabies ang hayop at paano ito maiiwasan? Narito ang ilang mahahalagang paalala mula sa DOH Philippines:

✅ Paano malalaman kung may rabies ang hayop?
⚠️ Dating tahimik, naging agresibo o matatakutin
⚠️ Labis na paglalaway
⚠️ Takot sa tubig at liwanag
⚠️ Hirap lumakad, nanginginig
⚠️ Namatay sa loob ng 10 araw matapos lumitaw ang sintomas

✅ Ano ang rabies at paano ito maiiwasan?
💉 Pabakunahan ang alagang hayop laban sa rabies taon-taon
🚫 Huwag hayaang gumala ang alaga sa kalsada
