Hello momshies! FYI- AMCI has started its roll out vaccination for COVID 19 to pediatric patients ages 5-11 years old this morning! 😉

Please be informed that Vaccination for 12-17 years old will start at Adventist Medical center on November 8, 2021. AMCI will cater for both with and without co-morbidities. Kindly bring the birth certificate, student ID. If vaccinee is accompanied by the guardian, written parental consent and authorization are needed. Parent’s ID or Guardian’s ID and Vaccination Card should be presented. Vaccination is between 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday daily. This is a project of the DOH, Iligan LGU in cooperation with AMCI. Please be guided accordingly
