1. Settle our Doctor’s Fee of 600PHP either in PayMaya or GCash.
2. Once paid, kindly send a screenshot of your payment.
3. Send us your FULL NAME, NUMBER, AGE, BRIEF MEDICAL HISTORY.
4. Wait for our appointment date and time and link for online consultation (either thru Zoom, Google Meet, Viber or Eva Legayada’s FB messenger).
