A mood tracker is like a simple diary where you write down how you feel each day. It helps you notice patternsโ€”like what makes you happy, stressed, or tiredโ€”and can warn you if your mood is starting to get worse before it becomes a bigger problem.

When you show it to your doctor or therapist, it gives them a clearer picture of whatโ€™s really going on.

It also helps you see if medicine, therapy, or lifestyle changes are working.

It gives you a sense of control over your feelings and can make you feel lighter by letting out emotions instead of keeping them bottled up. ๐Ÿง ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿค—

Feeling stressed? Try this quick deep breathing exercise:

1๏ธโƒฃ Sit or lie down comfortably.
2๏ธโƒฃ Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds.
3๏ธโƒฃ Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
4๏ธโƒฃ Exhale gently through your mouth for 6 seconds.
