It's common for babies and toddlers to go through a picky eating stage as they explore new tastes and textures. While it can be frustrating, it's usually a part of normal growth and development.

Tips for Parents:
1. Offer a variety of healthy foods, even if they're rejected at first.

2. Be patient--sometimes it takes 10-15 tries before a child accepts a new food.

3. Set a good example by eating balanced meals as a family.

4. Avoid pressuring or forcing your child to eat.

ADHD Monsters That No One Talks About 🙈

When people hear ADHD, they often think of hyperactivity or distraction.
But beneath the surface are hidden challenges: What we call “ADHD monsters.” 🧩

These aren’t flaws, they’re real experiences that affect daily life, work, and relationships.
From hyper fixations and black & white thinking to sleep struggles, sensory sensitivities, and anxiety, these “monsters” can feel overwhelming without the right support.
