✨ Every baby, every journey is different. ✨

I did a home visit today with a breastfeeding mom who successfully breastfed her first baby for 15 months. You’d think it would be easier the second time—but this journey is different.

And that’s okay.

No two pregnancies are the same.
No two babies are the same.
Even for the same mama, breastfeeding can feel completely new again.

Experience doesn’t mean you won’t have questions.
Strength doesn’t mean you won’t need support.

What matters is this: you showed up—for yourself and for your baby. 💞
Breastfeeding isn’t about comparison; it’s about connection, patience, and learning this baby’s rhythm.

To all the moms out there:

✨ And never hesitate to ask for help

Today reminded me how beautiful life’s full-circle moments can be. ✨

I met my grade school classmate. ang tagal naming hindi nagkita and this time, not as kids in uniform, but as moms supporting moms. 🤍

I did a breastfeeding coaching session with her, and grabe… it felt so fulfilling to guide her in this season. Nakaka-touch makita how motherhood connects us in new, deeper ways. 🌿

Sometimes all we need is a gentle reminder that we’re growing, evolving, and becoming the women we once prayed to be.
And when we get to help another woman rise too… that’s the real blessing. 💛

Here’s to sisterhood, growth, and showing up for each other, kahit after all these years. ✨

📌 5 Things I Wish Every Mom Knew BEFORE Giving Birth About Breastfeeding 💛

Breastfeeding is beautiful… but it’s also a journey many moms feel unprepared for.
If I could share just five things with every expecting mom, ito yun:

1️⃣ Breastfeeding is natural, but it’s not always automatic.
Minsan kailangan talaga ng guidance, practice, at patience.

2️⃣ Your milk supply is based on demand.
The more baby latches, the more your body produces — trust your body!

3️⃣ Pain is common, but not normal.
If it hurts, there’s usually a latch or position issue — and yes, it can be fixed.

4️⃣ Cluster feeding is real (and NORMAL!).
Hindi ka nauubusan — baby is just signaling your body to produce more.

5️⃣ You’re not alone.
Lactation support exists for a reason. Don’t be afraid to ask for help — you deserve support, mama. 💛

✨ Every breastfeeding journey is unique.
✨ Every mom is strong.
✨ And you are doing so much better than you think.
