Another successful advocacy work for our mental health volunteers at Dole Philippines School in Kalsangi, Polomolok, South Cotabato!✨

The whole-day program was tailored to help junior high school students process their experiences during the pandemic for a better post-pandemic adjustment whilst preparing for the gradual resumption of face-to-face classes.

We thank you Dole Philippines School for inviting us! We extend our gratitude to the School Guidance Counselor, Ms. Charmene Joy Lagos, the Head of the Office of Student Affairs, Mr. Generick E. Bonita, and the Principal, Mr. Ronel Doctolero.

On December 6-10, 2021, The Apollo Movement volunteers have conducted a stress management training to the 150 employees of SOCCSKSARGEN General Hospital (SGH). The training was led by Ms. Marela Juaman, Mr. Philip Siloterio & Ms. Angeli Orquia as main facilitators.

Together with the officers, the student volunteers were also present to assist the main facilitators. Congratulations sunbeam, To God be all the Glory!

On November 30, 2021, The Apollo Movement volunteers have conducted a 3-hour stress management training to the first batch of employees at Gentuna Corporation. This was initiated and endorsed by one of our active volunteers and mental health advocate, Kem Boholts.

The said activity was actively conducted by our passionate officers namely: The Associate VP for Member Relations- Mr. Ralph Oliver Fuentes, The Chief Finance Officer- Ms. Sophia Anne Arias, The Associate VP for Advocacy Formation- Ms. Angeli Lou Orquia and The President- Ms. Marela Glospeah Juaman.

*All participants and volunteers are fully-vaccinated. Everyone had undergone strict health evaluation before entering the training premises.

Ms. Kaye Desiree D. Fuentes () is an Apollo Movement volunteer who had helped the organization for making the Mental Health Awarenees Week 2021 a success last May 2021. Apart from being a volunteer, she is also a former Board Member of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Council at Notre Dame of Marbel University. The week has been full of meaningful activities. On the last day of our mental health challenge, we’re going to take a break from the stress and negativities of life. Turn your zen mode on!

You can watch the movie you have always wanted to watch, read the book in your TBR list, eat your comfort food, sleep or have fun with your pets, family and friends. Today is for you to breathe and relax! You deserve it!
