Acceptance of applications will start at the following Processing Centers as indicated on the attached poster with the scheduled examination date.

Here’s how to apply:

Go to the nearest Processing/Examination Center to personally register and bring the ORIGINAL, PHOTOCOPY AND SCANNED COPY of the following requirements:

 PSA Issued Birth Certificate
 Transcript of Records (TOR) and Form 137 for Senior High School Graduates (Original and Authenticated from School Registrar)
 Certificate of Graduation duly signed by the School Registrar (If the applicant is a graduating or newly graduate)
 Diploma (Original and Authenticated by School Registrar)
 2 pcs latest 2x2 ID picture in white background
 Certificate from the National Commission of Indigenous People (NCIP) duly signed by the Regional Director (only for Indigenous People members only)
 VALID AFPSAT IRF (for applicants who took AFPSAT in Philippine Army and Philippine Navy) (Note: AFPSAT is valid only for three years from the date of examination)
 Duly accomplished PAF APPLICATION FORM (https://www.paf.mil.ph/announcements/paf-application-form-pafocc-cl-2025-and-special-enlistment-cy-2024)

Note: Applicants who previously passed the Armed Forces of the Philippines Service Aptitude Test (AFPSAT) taken from any branch of services such as Philippine Army and Philippine Navy, shall bring the original and photocopy of their valid Individual Report Form (IRF) and shall only take the PAF General Classification Test (PAFGCT).

EXEMPTION IN TAKING THE QUALIFYING EXAM
Applicants who are LICENSED CRIMINOLOGISTS shall bring the ORIGINAL, PHOTOCOPY AND SCANNED COPY and submit the photocopy of the following requirements for them to be exempted from taking the examinations in WHITE FOLDER FOR PAFOCC and GREEN FOLDER FOR SPECIAL ENLISTMENT with blue tabbings:
A. FULLY ACCOMPLISHED PAF APPLICATION FORM (MUST BE PROCESSED BY PAF PROCESSING CENTER AND HAVE UNDERGONE THE LIMITED PHYSICAL EXAM);
B. TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS AND DIPLOMA;
C. PSA ISSUED BIRTH CERTIFICATE;
D. CRIMINOLOGIST LICENSURE EXAMINATION RATING FROM PRC;
E. PRC ID (MUST BE VALID AND NOT EXPIRED);
F. CERTIFICATION OF GOVERNMENT SERVICES (IF APPLICABLE)
G. CERTIFICATE OF WORK EXPERIENCE RELATED TO CRIMINOLOGY (IF APPLICABLE);
H. SEMINARS/TRAININGS, if any (MUST BE RELATED TO THE PRACTICE OF CRIMINOLOGY, MUST BEAR THE FULL NAME OF THE OWNER);
I. AWARDS/RECOGNITION, if any (MUST BE RELATED TO THE PRACTICE OF CRIMINOLOGY, MUST BEAR THE FULL NAME OF THE OWNER).

LOOK: The Brigadier General Benito N Ebuen Hospital joins the Simultaneous Health and Wellness Fair as part of the pre-activity for the 127th Philippine Army Founding Anniversary held at Camp Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City on March 08, 2024. The personnel from BGBNEABH provided free medical consultation to Officers, Enlisted Personnel, Civilian employees and their dependents. Also, they manned the HIV Prevention and Mental Health awareness booth.

“Empowered Women Empower Women: A Celebration of Women's Strength and Resilience."

On 09 March 2024, the female personnel of BGBNEAB Hospital, with the guidance of its Officer-in-Charge MAJ DIAZ MC, successfully celebrated National Women’s Month at Cordova, Cebu. This activity was conducted to reflect and celebrate the achievements and contributions of women of BGBNEAB Hospital. It provided an opportunity for female personnel to come together, support each other, and inspire one another to continue making a difference in their workplace and community.

As we celebrate women’s month, we acknowledge the women’s initiatives focusing on empowering and uplifting women. We also recognize the progress that has been made in advancing gender equality and to continue striving towards a more inclusive and equitable society.

Important Reminders:

1. Animal Registration is MANDATORY. (Reference: 560ABG Policy SOP #7 dtd 02 Oct 2023). All animals staying inside BGBNEAB shall be registered by their owners. One Registration per animal.

2. Only registered animals may avail the veterinary services offered by the hospital’s veterinary section such as anti-rabies vaccination, deworming, vitamin supplementation, consultation, basic treatment and etc.

3. Make sure that you will be able to receive a proof of registration. This will be presented every time you avail any veterinary services.

IN PHOTOS: 560th AIR BASE GROUP CHRISTMAS PARTY

On 16 December 2023, the 560th Air Base Group, spearheaded by the Group Commander LTC Randy Dela Cruz PAF, conducted its annual Christmas and Year-End celebration held at the Brigadier General Benito N Ebuen Air Base (BGBNEAB) football field.

Together with their civilian and military personnel and loved ones, the BGBNEAB Hospital participated and enjoyed in the event.

Various funfair games for adults and children, assorted raffle draws, joyous exchange of gifts, and community Salo-Salo of meals were shared.

With gratitude and pride, the activity ended with the Group Commander's gift-giving and appreciation messages to the personnel under his command.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

The BGBNEAB HOSPITAL will IMPLEMENT an Electronic Registration System for the General Physical Section, Out- Patient Department, Laboratory and Veterinary Section.

- Dissemination and Trial period: from 11 December 2023 to 07 January 2024

- STRICT IMPLEMENTATION: starting on 08 January 2024.

This innovation will be implemented for the following objectives:

a. To attain a more efficient system in accommodating patients and personnel who will undergo physical examinations.

b. To promote patient and healthcare worker safety by providing faster patient flow and avoiding overcrowding in the different hospital sections.

c. To provide an organized and accessible healthcare service through records semi- digitization and the use of social media (BGBEABH FB Page).

The following are the step-by step procedure for the said registration system:

STEP 1: CLICK the google form link posted in the Hospital FB Page (Brigadier General Benito N Ebuen Air Base Hospital) OR SCAN THE QR CODE which is posted on the Safety Bulletin (Health Section) to each unit of BGBNEAB.

A "DUGONG BAYANI PERFORMANCE AWARD" was given to the 560th Air Base Group (Tatak Pulido FiveSixty Abg) in grateful appreciation of their tireless efforts and proactive participation in promoting the National Voluntary Blood Services Program through the conduct of voluntary blood donation activities on 21 November 2023 in BAI Hotel Cebu, Subangdaku, Mandaue City, Cebu.

560th Air Base Group received the Gold Award for achieving a total of 128 blood collection for the year 2022 leading to the attainment of the mandate of the Department of Health Central Visayas Center for Health and Development (DOH CV CHD). The Philippine Air Force’s Air Mobility Command, Tactical Operations Wing Central, and 5th Air Reserve Center were also among the recipients of the said award. This prestigious award is a testament of the collaborative efforts of the PAF and DOH in positively impacting the overall health and well-being of the communities they serve.

BGBNEABH remains steadfast in its continuous quest for delivering compassionate, excellent, and accessible health care services. This recognition highlights the hospital's dedication to spreading hope and saving lives through this life-changing mission of blood donation.

IN PHOTOS: BGBNEABH JOINS SM FOUNDATION, INC. IN BRINGING FREE QUALITY HEALTH CARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CEBU CITY RESIDENTS

Brigadier General Benito N Ebuen Air Base Hospital along with 1304th PAF Dental Dispensary and SM Foundation, Inc. have been lifelong partners in bringing free quality healthcare closer to residents in need of medical services. In light of this, on 16 November 2023, the two teamed up with additional partners for a medical mission at SM Seaside City Cebu.

Free dental examinations and procedures, basic laboratory testing, medical consultations, and vitamin and medication distribution were all provided to about 178 recipients.

As SM Foundation, Inc. continues to strengthen its mission in providing accessible healthcare to underserved communities, BGBNEABH is dedicated to participating in this social welfare endeavor whenever and wherever it is required.

IN PHOTOS I MEDICAL MISSION ICOW 560th ABG PRE-ANNIVERSARY ACTIVITY

The Brigadier General Benito N Ebuen Air Base Hospital conducted the medical mission as part of the pre-anniversary activities of 560th Air Base Group ICOW its 55th Founding Anniversary with the theme "Stallions @ 55: Accelerating Beyond SMART Base Support Services and Installation Security in the Pursuit of Developing a More Capable and Credible PAF in the Visayas" at Pajo Basketball Gym Brgy Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City on 19 Aug 2023. The event started with a prayer followed by welcoming remarks from Brgy Captain Lyndel Bullos and a message from LTC RANDY M DE LA CRUZ PAF (GSC), Group Commander, 560th ABG, expressing his deepest thanks to the contributors of the event. The medical team headed by LTC MARES CECILE T LAPADA MC provided free medical consultations, check-ups, and Fasting Blood Sugar with needed medication to a total of 227 beneficiaries from the barangay. In addition, Uniqlo T-shirts donated by SM Foundation were given to the beneficiaries throughout the event.
