Social Media Specialist (Sourcing Focus)
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute recruitment-focused strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more
– Create job posts, culture content, and employer branding materials
– Source candidates via job boards, databases, and social media
– Pre-screen profiles and coordinate interviews
– Manage paid ad campaigns and track performance
– Maintain a content calendar aligned with hiring needs
– Analyze and report on sourcing effectiveness
– Engage with online communities and respond to candidate inquiries
– Stay updated on recruitment tools and trends
– Conduct background checks
– Willing to stretch work hours when needed and flexible to work on weekends upon request
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field
– 1–2 years of experience in digital recruitment or sourcing
– Skilled in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Indeed
– Strong writing and content creation skills
– Knowledge in analytics tools
– Creative, organized, and proactive team player
