Ever since I first sipped the warm, earthy elixir of Cacao, my life has been transformed in ways I could never have imagined. What started several years ago as a quest for healing has blossomed into a journey of physical, spiritual, and emotional renewal. As ever, I’m grateful to share this magical medicine with you.

Cacao and ritual have helped regulate my emotions, allowed me to slow down my mornings, soothed my stressed-out nervous system, and, most importantly, guided me to listen to the whispers of my soul amidst the chaos of my overthinking mind. ❤️

This sacred plant medicine also opened the door to a world where I found sisterhood and a safe space to heal through the mother wound. It’s a joy to hold space where women feel connected with magical souls who find joy in circling around the fire, sharing good food and laughter, and forming heartfelt connections.

Embracing Simplicity and Trust

Over the past few weeks, distancing myself from social media has been an eye-opening experience. It's astonishing to witness how the weight of stress can divert my path – from work responsibilities to the intricacies of relationships. Amidst this intricate web, I find myself questioning the decisions I've made rooted in fear.

Uncovering these layers has been enlightening. Fear of failure, inadequacy, and the uncertainty that life holds can often guide my choices. Stripping away these fears reveals something deeper—a connection to love that has always been there, patiently waiting to be embraced.

Can I surrender to quiet moments? Can the simple actions I take each day embody the elegance of a more straightforward life? It's clear to me now that life doesn't require constant self-inflicted complications. It's time to let go of unnecessary drama and instead welcome grace, gratitude, and acceptance into each day.

Rather than succumbing to the same old cycles of conflict, I'm determined to nurture trust. I desire to trade in stress for a more lasting sense of contentment.

In the depths of despair, we often find ourselves reaching out to those we love. Isolation, once seen as a shield, now becomes a suffocating prison for the soul. Grief surrounds us, and sorrow engulfs our every moment.

The pain of a broken heart can indeed cast a heavy shadow, making it challenging to reach out for the connection, strength, and friendship we long for. In these moments, the weight of a fear-stricken and critical mind can become overwhelming, leaving us feeling burdened and trapped. The shame we carry may hinder us from seeking the help and support we truly need.

My beloved, know that you were never meant to face this world alone. Love is not meant to be pushed away so far that you forget your own worth and beauty.

You deserve to receive abundant love, compassion, and joy in this lifetime. These healing frequencies will gradually release you from the grasp of pain you've endured.

Remember that you are precious and perfect just as you are. Let the love and care from those around you envelop you, mending the wounds and bringing light back into your life.

You don't have to carry this burden alone. Embrace the love that surrounds you, for it has the power to heal and uplift you.

Your past does not define you, in every waking moment we are asked to return to the truth of who we are and what we desire.

Our values define the direction of our lives, to cultivate a deeper sense of awareness towards a more compassion state of BEING, first to ourselves, our inner child.
The little you that is longing for love and connection.

Life has its trials and tribulations, ones where we are asked to get curious, to surrender control and accept the choices you have made that have led you to the place you find yourself.

As we each navigate our unique paths, we have the opportunity to learn, grow, and find that beautiful self-connection within ourselves.

Life has its ups and downs, and sometimes the road to self-discovery can feel challenging.

But please know that you are not alone.

Beyond what we think we know there is space for golden opportunity.
 
A sanctuary for the weary soul who has lost its way through times of struggle.
 
Forgotten are the mysteries of life, an archway into the architecture of great spirit.
 
“Come home” they say….
 
Walk the path of least resistance and befriend your demons rather than slaying them.
 
For too long many have roamed this earth like zombies, flesh rotting corpses lost to the darkness.
 
Unworthiness at its core, destruction from within, an epidemic of lonely creatures drowning in sadness.
 
The discomfort of not knowing how to exist in a world filled with so much pain can feel too much at times, my own sadness takes over and I too am lost in the dark.
 
Fumbling around, avoiding the reality of the situation, trying to escape whilst simultaneously searching for the light.
 
Or perhaps I am searching for the easiest way out? The path of least resistance?
 
Take it from someone who has a habit of over analysing everything, it’s exhausting when you are constantly running from the mind.
 
The only way out is to go within to “sit in your sh*t” as my friend would say. ❤️

There was a time where I felt defeated, lost and confused.
 
Abandoned, heartbroken, my spirit shattered into pieces, my sparkle stolen.
 
Down on my knees, “please god, please help me.”

“Why am I here?”
“What’s my purpose?”

“Show me the ways to end my own internal suffering so that I may help others to do the same.”
 
Solitude soothed my soul, and yet I was afraid I’d lose myself in the darkness of my grief stricken mind.
 
Forgotten, unwanted memories rose to the surface. “Nobody wants you” the demons whispered, “nobody loves me” my inner child cried.
 
Stories swirling through my head, a constant struggle to understand who I was and where I belonged.
 
Avoidance coursed through my body, fear kept me frozen, the psyche of my womanhood regressed to a child, trauma took over, a story of self sacrifice that could not find its way to the surface.
 
The fear of being alone in this world was too much for my heart to handle, until one day I found my way to a circle of wild hearted women.
 
Faces from all around the globe, sitting in sacred space, witnessing each other, learning new ways to connect, create, communicate, accept and express our unique feminine essence.
 
As I looked into my eyes through a mirror, I was surprised to see a spark of potential.

I recognised a glimmer of hope, staring back at me, I recognised the women I was yet to become….
