On October 15, 2019, the Albay Provincial Drug Rehabilitation and Treatment Facility held its inauguration with guest speakers PDEA DG Aaron Aquino and DDB ASEC Walter Besas.
The APDRTF is a residential therapeutic community geared towards the holistic recovery of individuals diagnosed with severe substance use disorder.
Through integrated programs and services, it caters to the treatment of Albayanos with lives derailed by substance dependency.
It is owned and managed by the Provincial Government of Albay with the leadership of Gov. Al Francis C. Bichara.
