🎉 Celebrating 73 Years of Dedication and Service! 🏥✈️

Fernando Air Base Hospital proudly marks its 73rd Founding Anniversary on 13 June 2025 with the theme:
“73 Years of Mission-Oriented Healthcare: Focusing on Achieving Excellence and Enhanced Capability for a Healthier Fernando Air Base Community.”

The celebration begins with an offering mass at the Our Lady Of Miraculous Medal Chapel (OLMMC).

Consequently, the unit holds its Anniversary Program at Bulwagang Makulot.

In line with the celebration, FABH gives due recognition to Outstanding Personnel who exemplifies inspiring hard work and dedication which greatly contributes to the accomplishment of Units mission. Awardees are name as follows:

🩺 Successful Conduct of Medical Mission | 🇵🇭 In the Spirit of Independence

On 11 June 2025 (Wednesday), a Medical Mission was successfully conducted at Bulwagang Makulot, led by the dedicated medical team of the Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC) who generously volunteered their time and expertise to serve our retired personnel and their legal dependents.

A total of 306 beneficiaries were provided with vital services such as registration and updating of VMMC IDs for faster future transactions, medical consultations, and distribution of essential and maintenance medicines.

This activity would not have been possible without the strong support of the 550th Air Base Group, AIBDC whose commitment ensured the smooth and efficient flow of operations throughout the event.

As we commemorate the 127th Philippine Independence Day, we are reminded that the essence of freedom lies not only in the celebration of our nation’s sovereignty, but also in our collective duty to care for those who once stood in defense of it. Every act of service—especially to our veterans—is a tribute to the liberty they helped preserve.

In celebration of the 73rd Founding Anniversary of Fernando Air Base Hospital (FABH), 550th ABG, AIBDC, a successful Blood Letting Activity was conducted on 09 June 2025 at Bulwagang Makulot, Lipa City.

This life-saving event was made possible through the support and partnership with the Department of Pathology, Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC).

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all volunteer blood donors, support personnel, and partner agencies who made this meaningful activity a success. Your selfless act will go a long way in saving lives. Truly, service continues — in every drop. 💉

🌟 ZUMBA FOR A CAUSE: Dance. Donate. Win! 🌟

In celebration of the 73rd Founding Anniversary of the Fernando Air Base Hospital (FABH), all FAB personnel and authorized civilians are invited to join the “Zumba for a Cause” on 05 June 2025 (Thursday) at 1600 at the FAB Grandstand, FAB, Lipa City. This high-energy Zumba session is not only a fun fitness activity but also a fundraising initiative to support the upcoming Blood Letting Activity on 09 June 2025 and Tanggal Bukol Procedure on 11 June 2025—efforts that aim to provide much-needed healthcare services to those in need.

While participation in the Zumba is free, raffle tickets will be available at the venue for only ₱200 or you may message this page to secure one. IN ACTION | In celebration of Fernando Air Base Hospital (FABH) 73rd Founding Anniversary, and with the steadfast leadership of the 550th Air Base Group, a successful Medical-Dental Mission was conducted on May 29, 2025 in Brgy. Camastilisan, Calaca, Batangas, in partnership with ProGreen and the Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC). This community outreach initiative aimed to bring essential healthcare services closer to the people, particularly those in underserved areas. As a result of the mission, a total of 87 children underwent free circumcision, while 153 residents received general medical check-ups with free medicines provided by our dedicated medical team.

This initiative is part of our continuing commitment to promote health and wellness beyond the confines of our medical facilities and to give back to the communities we serve. Through strong collaboration and the support of our partners, particularly ProGreen and VMMC, this endeavor proved to be both impactful and meaningful. We extend our sincerest gratitude to all the healthcare professionals, support staff, volunteers, and local officials who helped ensure the success of this mission. Your collective efforts truly exemplify the spirit of Serbisyong May Malasakit.

As we celebrate these milestone anniversaries, we remain steadfast in our dedication to delivering quality healthcare and uplifting the lives of our fellow Filipinos.
