2020 was the year I was diagnosed with PCOS for both of my ovaries. I was still a Flight Attendant back then. Eto ung mga panahon na dahil once or twice lang ako nagkakaron ng flights, nagkaron ng SUDDEN CHANGE OF LIFESTYLE na nagresult ng PCOS ko. Parang baligtad pa kung iisipin pero dumating sa point na almost 6 months ndi na dumating ung period ko. Irregular menstrual cycle, acne breakouts, unusual cravings sa food and ang pnakamahirap, malalang mood swings. Prang normal nlang nowadays ang PCOS, but it may lead to some certain health problems. Kaya hndi ko to binalewala.
