Why Squats Should Be Your Best Friend!

Squats aren’t just for legs — they help burn fat, build strength, improve posture, and even boost mobility.

Add them to your routine and feel the difference! 🔥

Benefits of Squats:
✅ Strengthens legs & glutes
✅ Engages core for stability
✅ Improves balance & mobility
✅ Boosts calorie burn
✅ Builds overall strength

Squat Workout Series (Beginner-Friendly to Advanced):

1. Bodyweight Squat – 3 sets of 12 reps
2. Sumo Squat (feet wide, toes out) – 3 sets of 12 reps.
3. Pulse Squat (small up-and-down pulses) – 3 sets of 15 reps
4. Jump Squat – 3 sets of 10 reps
5. Bulgarian Split Squat (one leg elevated behind) – 3 sets of 10 reps each leg

🔥 Tip: Do this as a circuit (1–5) with 30–45 sec rest in between. Repeat 2–3 rounds depending on your level!

Kapag nagpapapayat, oo—mas magaan ang white meat kaysa red meat dahil:
✅ Mas mababa sa cholesterol
✅ Mas mababa sa unsaturated fats
✅ Mas mababa sa calories

⚠️ Pero depende pa rin sa lutong paraan!
❌ Deep-fried at masarsa = dagdag calories, fats at cholesterol
✔️ Pinakamasarap at healthy kung may sabaw, inihaw, o air-fried
