You know it's going to be a fun focus of the month when your teacher's got her whiteboard out 😆 Resident anatomy and alignment nerd of Makiling Yoga reporting for duty 🫡

This is one of the reasons why I love teaching Vinyasa so much, I can take my time to break down the basics of an asana and help my students understand the techniques to improve on their skills.
