RIWAY Official Statement: Counterfeit Products and Impersonation
With PURTIER’s growing popularity and influence in the global market, our reputation and brand presence have significantly increased. However, similar to many internationally renowned luxury jewelry and handbag brands, this has also attracted unscrupulous individuals who are producing large quantities of counterfeit and substandard products. The company takes this matter very seriously and hereby reminds all consumers to remain vigilant.
Unlike jewelry, handbags, and other luxury goods, PURTIER is a product intended for direct consumption. Any counterfeit or inferior products not only infringe upon the company’s legal rights but may also pose serious health risks to consumers. The consequences are far more severe than those associated with counterfeit luxury items.
In addition, we have observed that certain online sales platforms are impersonating our official channels and misleading consumers. Therefore, the company solemnly declares:
1. The company has never established any official sales channels on online platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, Taobao, Tmall, JD. com, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, etc.);
2. The company bears no responsibility for any counterfeit or substandard products purchased through e-commerce platforms and does not accept any requests for product authentication.
