Good news po ito para sa mga nabakunahan ng kahit anong COVID VACCINE.

Meron po tayong Libreng Tuli at Libreng Pagtanggal ng Bukol/Cyst/Subcutaneous Mass saating RHU.

Pumunta lamang po sa RHU every TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY (8am to 5pm)

Dalhin po ang inyong:
■Vaccination Card
■Vaccination Card ng inyong Magulang
■Philhealth I.D (Kung meron)

Para lang po ito sa mga nabakunahan ng COVID VACCINE at Residente ng Mangudadatu.
