Yesterday, we lost a valuable member of our medical team. She is a brilliant, smart and kind-hearted colleague and friend. Saturday afternoons in Phinma clinic will never be the same as before.

Dr. Noguera was a deeply valued member of our institute, serving with distinction and dedication for 13 years. A highly respected cornea specialist, she was at the forefront of corneal transplantation and the management of complex corneal diseases, helping advance the standards of care in ophthalmology. Through her clinical excellence, quiet dedication, and compassionate approach to patient care, she earned the trust and admiration of patients, colleagues, and staff alike.
We honor her many contributions to the field of ophthalmology and remember with gratitude the countless patients whose vision and lives were improved through her expertise and care.
We extend our heartfelt sympathies to her family and loved ones during this difficult time.
Dr. Noguera’s patients will be contacted by our team to assist with their continuing eye care needs and to ensure a smooth transition of care. As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the life of a physician whose dedication to restoring sight and serving others leaves a lasting legacy at the Asian Eye Institute.
