Throughout the month, our Growing Tots educators took part in a special professional training project focused on strengthening classroom management and enhancing communication with toddlers.
Guided by an experienced educator, our teachers engaged in hands-on learning, classroom observations, and meaningful reflections to continue improving their teaching practices.
