S*x does not have a deadline.
It is not a race, an achievement, or a milestone to be rushed—it is a deeply personal, intentional choice.
Whether you choose to wait, explore, or take things slow, knowing your boundaries, communicating them openly, and staying attuned to your own desire are the non-negotiables that keep you true to yourself.

Choosing to wait? Download the Unprude app and check out the article on "Can I make abstinence work?" for ways to make it work for you. There's also a whole section on the Unprude app on "Befriending your S*xual Self."

Looking for more personalized support? Our s*x therapists and associate s*xologists have got you covered.

We were told that purity makes us worthy.
That goodness means waiting, that desire makes us less.
But purity culture doesn’t just shape our choices - it shapes how women love, speak, and see themselves.

It teaches silence before self-awareness, and shame before understanding.
It’s time to unlearn the stories that made us small.

Your worth is not measured by what you have not done, it is in how deeply you choose to know yourself.

If you are struggling with intimacy, guilt, or self-worth, you can talk with one of our licensed s*x and relationship therapists or associate s*xologists.

Loss doesn't just impact your heart—it also impacts your bedroom.

In a partnership, everyone grieves differently: some feel desire completely mute, while others experience a painful hypers*xual need for escape. This mismatch creates complex relational pain, often muddled by cultural taboos around s*x and sadness.

The key to survival isn't finding a uniform desire level. It's committing to Radical Vulnerability—speaking your fear, detachment, and desire out loud. Find out how to transform intimacy from a source of friction into a shared language of love, even in the deepest grief.

Even with laws in place, workplace s*xual harassment often goes unpunished.

Survivors face barriers beyond the law — from not recognizing harassment, to power imbalances, to reporting systems that retraumatize instead of protect.

Many stay silent, choosing peace over justice — not because they weren’t wronged, but because speaking up feels harder than staying quiet.

It’s time to change that.

Does your organization need support in strengthening systems and processes to protect against s*xual harassment? Email us.

No one should ever feel unsafe or disrespected at work. The Anti-S*xual Harassment Workplace Policy is every organizations' commitment to dignity, accountability, and justice.

It’s time for workplaces to stand up, protect their people, and create environments where respect is non-negotiable.

💬 Is this policy in place where you work? How would you want it to be put into practice?

Unsolicited and inappropriate s*xual behavior at work isn’t just wrong — it’s illegal.

In the Philippines, laws like RA 7877 and the Safe Spaces Act exist to protect workers and hold employers accountable. Knowing your rights is the first vital step to seeking and demanding for the protection you deserve.

If something feels off, trust your instincts. Document it. Speak up. Seek support.

No one should ever have to choose between their job and their safety.

💬 What would real accountability look like where you work?

Harassment doesn’t always look like what we expect.
Sometimes it’s a comment. A stare. A “joke” or a question that crosses the line. No matter how it presents itself, it's never acceptable.

If any of this sounds familiar, remember—you are not alone. Know that support is available, and people are here to listen whenever you’re ready.

What signs of s*xual harassment do people tend to miss — and how can we show up when it happens?

S*x, when not met with respect becomes harm and even violent.
And it happens everywhere, even in workplaces that claim to be “safe.”

S*xual harassment isn’t always loud or obvious.
Sometimes it’s a comment. A stare. A “joke.” A threat disguised as an opportunity.
But the damage is always real — it takes away a person’s sense of safety and dignity.

For Unprude, respect means more than preventing harm — it means building spaces where people never have to second-guess their safety.

What does a truly respectful workplace look like to you?
