Dr. Federico B. Sarabia, the first Filipino optometrist, established the first Sarabia clinic in the Philippines in 1906. Since then, the Sarabia name has grown to become a benchmark for quality and excellence in eye care; an institution trusted for its practice. Dr. F.B. Sarabia’s passion for eye care and service to the Filipino people left a legacy nurtured by generations of his descendants. Today, Sarabia Optical Rockwell carries on with this fine tradition that its founder started more than a hundred years ago.
