"THE FRUITFUL MARRIAGE TREE"

The relationship will surely malfunction in the long run. Why? Because hindi nasusunod ang "design" ng produkto. It is violated. Sasabog ang "produktong marriage" pag hindi na kaya. This results to "finding a better one".

So what do you do now?

Each party in the marriage should make themselves "productive" while staying as partners. Being "productive" means "learning how to produce money" for a lifetime, by developing your own "seed" or "ideas", "menu" or "recipe" that you need to nurture for years which you can transfer to your next generations when you retire. Making them self-reliant.

But the true challenge is, making yourselves productive as "one fruitful tree". You are not supposed to "plant" two separate trees. If you pass that test, you can both survive in this world together by having just ONE very "fruitful tree" that can even outlive your generations.

Cheers to planting your "fruitful tree" twogether, now!

"SOMETIMES LOVE JUST AIN'T ENOUGH"

Yes, LOVE ang foundation ninyong dalawa. LOVE ang nagpalapit sa inyong dalawa. LOVE ang nasa bottom ninyong dalawa. Second layer ay dapat SKILLS, 3rd is TRUST, and so on, so forth. Hanggang sa tumayo kayong dalawa na parang isang puno, na may matibay na kinakapitan sa ilalim, matikas, at mabunga.

Then that's the time for you to MULTIPLY yourselves.

Tandaan na hangga't hindi mabunga, do not "multiply". If you violate that "natural laws" of being fruitful first before multiplying, malilipat sa anak mo at sa gobyerno ang serious effects nito in the form of social ills.

FATHERS....and MOTHERS...

You ought to be transferring to your children the wisdom you learned in life.

Since you were born ahead of your child, you are supposed to teach the GOOD experiences you encountered in life so they won't be victimized by the bad culture or system of this world.

Each child expects guidance from the father, with full support from his wife as to the integrity of her husband, so the child would believe in what the father says.

The wife / mother is the only living witness of every father's credibility kung dapat ba siyang pakinggan, paniwalaan at sundin ng mga anak nila. However, she must be a credible wife / mother too so that the instructions or wisdom given to her by the father is sent accross to the children correctly. 😉

The (SC) has reiterated that hiding one’s homosexuality from a spouse can be considered fraud and may be used as a ground to annul a marriage.

In a Decision written by Associate Justice Antonio T. Kho, Jr., the SC’s Second Division annulled the marriage of a woman whose husband concealed his homosexuality before they got married.

The couple met on social media. On their first date, the woman noticed that the man seemed distant. The man also avoided sitting beside her. When asked about this, the man said he was just shy and lacked confidence.

The two kept a long-distance relationship as the man worked overseas. Notwithstanding this, they got married two years later.

But the man continued to avoid intimacy and often started arguments to avoid his wife. Just two months after the wedding, he returned overseas and stopped communicating with her.

Later, the woman found magazines with half-naked and naked male models among her husband’s things. When she confronted him, he admitted that he was homosexual. The woman then filed for annulment of their marriage.

The SC ruled that the woman’s consent to the marriage was obtained through fraud, and that the marriage must be annulled on the ground of fraudulent concealment of sexuality, following Article 45(3) in relation to Article 46(4) of the 𝘍𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘊𝘰𝘥𝘦.

Article 45 of the 𝘍𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘊𝘰𝘥𝘦 states that a marriage can be annulled if one party’s consent was obtained through fraud, as long as the couple did not continue living together after discovering the fraud. Article 46 further specifies that hiding one’s homosexuality or lesbianism from a spouse is considered fraud.

The SC gave credence to the woman’s allegations, noting that the man’s admission and his unexplained silence when his sexuality was being questioned could not be ignored. It found that the husband intentionally hid his homosexuality to persuade the woman to stay and marry him.
