I. Introduction
Human Immunodeficiency (HIV) is a virus that attacks and weakens your immune system, which can later lead to fatal stage known as Acquired Immunodeficiency (AIDs). Many of people are not aware of how HIV is transmitted, but the most common route of transmission is through unprotected s*xual in*******se. Several programs and awareness campaign of government have been conducted and implemented. However, the cases of HIV and AIDs still continue to increase and worsen. This probes that the public is still unaware and not educate enough about the causes and effects of HIV/AIDs.
II. The Purpose of the Study
The purpose of this study is to educate and to spread knowledge and awareness to the youth and for children's safety. And to promote safe s*xual practices such as the proper use of contraceptives/condom to avoiding spreading HIV.
III. Description
This campaig project is an awareness program for the public to spread awareness about HIV. It is a campaign designed to help prevent HIV infections and eliminate stigma by educating the public. This campaign will also provide knowledge and information to avoid the possible causes of HIV.
IV. Support
The partners in this campaign project are the stakeholders, parents, barangay, LGUs, and Department of Health. The estimated budget for this campaign is 20,000 pesos. The budget will be use to create a program.
