NOTICE TO TRAVELERS ARRIVING IN THE PHILIPPINES
Current Countries as of October 24, 2014 (CDC)
Countries with Widespread Transmission:
- Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone
Countries (Affected Areas) with Localized Transmission
- Spain (Madrid)
- United States (Dallas, TX and New York City)
- Mali, West Africa
Countries (Affected Areas) with Travel-associated Cases
- Senegal (Dakar)
Be honest when filling up the heath checklist and reporting symptoms. If you do NOT report to the authorities, you are endangering not only your family and loved ones, but also yourselves.

What travelers should do...
IN COUNTRIES OR AREA WHERE EBOLA VIRUS HAS BEEN REPORTED:
• Avoid areas declared to have ebola virus
• Avoid crowded areas
• Always wash hands with soap and water
• Do not eat raw wild meat.
UPON RETURN FROM COUNTRIES OR AREAS WITH EBOLA VIRUS:
• Inform the quarantine medical officer on duty at the airport/seaport if you have fe- ver or have flu-like symptoms upon arrival
• Monitor your health for at least 21 days
• If you have develop fever or have influ- enza-like symptoms during this 21 days period, consult your doctor immediately
• Inform your doctor about history of recent travel
