WHAT TO DO TO GROW YOUR CHILD'S HEIGHT?
Many mothers want their children to have an ideal height. From a young age, practice the following habits for your baby
1. Sunbathing
In sunlight, there is a lot of Vitamin D which helps to increase the growth of muscles and bones. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium better. However, you should only sunbathe in the early morning around 6-7am.
2. Diet
The foods that children consume must be nutrient-rich and balanced, and must include proteins, carbohydrates, fats, and vitamins in the correct proportions. Avoid eating fast food and fatty foods.
3. Exercise
To increase metabolism in the body, children should exercise regularly. Children can learn swimming, jogging, yoga, stretching exercises. And especially, it also corrects the baby's sitting, lying, and walking posture. This greatly affects bone growth.
