Together in Transition 2025 was a powerful gathering of courage, community, and collective action.

For the Transgender Day of Remembrance, we came together to honor trans lives, strengthen solidarity, and envision a more affirming future for all transgender Filipinos. 🏳️‍⚧️

Participants shared meaningful conversations, learned from our incredible speakers, and wrote their personal commitments on our Pledge Wall. Each message is a promise to advance inclusion, safety, and dignity in our own communities.

We also held space for remembrance through the solemn Reading of Names, honoring the trans lives lost to violence. Their memory fuels our fight for justice and compassion. 🕯️

And to uplift the spirit of the night, our stage lit up with stunning performances from Izzy Xtra, Kween G, Italya, Gabriela Shelang, Maria Cristina, and Maria Pepita -- queens who reminded us of the joy, artistry, and brilliance of our community. 👑✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared their stories, and stood in solidarity. We would also like to extend our gratitude to our partner, FNF Philippines: It's All About Freedom!

Together, we continue the journey. Together, we transition to a future where every trans person lives fully, safely, and proudly.

Ngayong Transgender Awareness Week, sabay-sabay nating ipaalala sa mundo:
Tayo ay sapat, totoo, at may espasyo para sa ‘yo. 🏳️‍⚧️

Panahon ito para ipagdiwang ang ating mga kwento. Mga kwento ng tapang, ng pagyakap sa sarili, at ng patuloy na pakikibaka para sa pagkakapantay-pantay. ✨

Mula sa maliliit na hakbang ng pagtanggap hanggang sa malalaking tagumpay ng komunidad, bawat isa sa atin ay patunay na ang pagiging totoo sa sarili ay isang anyo ng lakas at pag-aklas.

Hiling natin na magkaroon ng mundong may tunay na pagkakapantay-pantay. Isang mundong hindi na kailangang magpaliwanag, magpaumanhin, o magmakaawa para sa ating pagkatao.
