When your optometrist says you have to wear progressive lenses.
These are just normal glasses but with different prescriptions to allow you to look in the distance and near without having the need to swap glasses.
Unlike the traditional bifocal glasses with the line separating both prescription, progressive lenses are cosmetically more reliable.

However, first time wearers have to adapt to this new technology and this may take several weeks including headaches or eye strain. Once they are adapted to it, they will experience the best vision ever

How to prevent spectacle lenses from fogging when wearing a mask:

People who wear glasses already know that eyewear fogs when you walk out of a warm house into the cold outdoor air, or when you open an oven door. As we wear our masks, warm breath escapes from the top of the mask and lands on the cooler lenses of our glasses. When that happens, it creates condensation or fog.

Medical masks have built-in bendable metal strips that you can adjust so it contours with your nose bridge/ face.

An easier tip for day-to-day mask wear is to use the weight of your glasses to block the air. Pull the mask up over the bridge of the nose as high as you can (make sure it’s still under your chin too) and let your glasses rest on top of the mask. This works pretty well for me.

If you're wearing a cloth mask-
Improve the seal of the mask around the top by making a thicker & tigher band.
For adjustable cloth mask try tightening it.

Tape your mask across the bridge of your nose and across your cheeks to prevent foggy lens.

Studies show that the virus last on surfaces (ie glasses); it is advisable you wash your hands before you wear your glasses, disinfect your glasses daily by using alcohol pad or washing with soap.
