FOREIGN EMPLOYERS
DIRA employs proactive, competent consultants and trained staff that plays an important role in efficiently handling the selection criteria, the rigorous recruitment and screening processes of candidates prior to their actual interview with Employers. EMPLOYERS` ADVANTAGES IN WORKING WITH DIRA
DIRA guarantees that there is/are NO THIRD PARTY involved in our recruitment process; hence, EMPLOYERS will only deal directly with DIRA's authorized officers. DIRA is a licensed recruitment agency (under POEA / DOLE) in the Philippines
DIRA provides manpower according to the laws (POEA / DOLE) in the Philippines
DIRA specializes in Allied Medical Professionals, Professionals & Skilled Workers
DIRA is legally allowed by law (POEA / DOLE) to collect placement fees as follows;
- from Employers only or;
- from Applicants, equivalent to one (1) month salary or;

REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYERS` ACCREDITATION WITH POEA/DOLE
To allow Foreign Employers in hiring Filipino Workers for overseas jobs, the following documentations are required for Employer's accreditation/registration with Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and Department Of Labor and Employment (DOLE) through DAVIS INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY. The documentations MUST be verified and attested by the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate of the Foreign Employer`s country.
1) A copy of Business Registration/Commercial Registration of the Foreign Employer
2) Master Employment Contract between Foreign Employer and Davis International
Recruitment Agency
3) Job Order (Manpower Request)
4) Special Power of Attorney

DIRA's SERVICES
Candidate sourcing through Advertisement (Local & National Newspaper) TV, Job Fairs, etc. Welders, etc.(as required by Employers)

Medical examination arrangement with POEA Accredited Medical Clinics & Laboratories
Documentations support arrangements and mandatory requirements for departure;
- Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) through POEA
- Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) through OWWA

Visa Filing at the Employer's respective Embassy in Manila, Philippines

Airline booking for successful candidates to be deployed or Employer's Passenger Ticket Advice (PTA) pick-up at the corresponding Airline in Manila, Philippines

Company's (DIRA) Pre-Departure Orientation for Workers to be deployed with their families
