Meet Teacher Mallet Gamez

A grounding practice focused on strength, stability, and mindful movement—helping you build endurance while staying connected to your breath.
Mallet has been practicing yoga since 2012 and completed his 300-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training under Clayton Horton and Anna Carbonel.
Formerly a Corporate Health & Wellness Officer, he has taught in studios, gyms, corporate settings, and online classes.
He continues to deepen his practice through trainings in Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for the Elderly, Reiki Level 2, and Access Bars—bringing a strong yet holistic approach to every class.
