Starting looks easy on paper but so much harder in ex*****on.

New behaviours and habits can take time to form. Couple this with the two yous. Your logical one that knows you need to do it but the emotional one that just wants to watch nextflix and you have a real recipe for procrastination.

🙋‍♂️ Understanding your why and having a plan can really help keep you on track and getting on with it when you don't feel like it.

🥅 Setting goals is a great way to track your progress and there is no better feeling then when you smash your goal. Just make sure they are realistic. Good things take time. Celebrate the small wins.

If you struggle to add resistance to your leg and b***y workouts at home, and are a bit tired of doing the same bodyweight exercises, these are a great option to add weight, without the weight.

2️⃣ WALL SIT HEEL LIFTS
3️⃣ RUNNERS LUNGE KICK BACK

✅ Minimum seconds rest between exercises
✅ 2 minutes rest between rounds
✳️ Adjust reps based on ability
