• Day 2-3! Slightly ⬇️ energy so just trying to focus on form and pauses. (Even tho one of those benches had like no pauses 😭). Sumo just needs a bit of confidence and less thinking. •

• Week1Day1 was pretty decent! Struggling with my knee sleeves lately, i think my calves grew but idk. 😂 all i know is i almost broke a nail putting my sleeves on. (Also its a skort im not just flashing people!) •

• Day 4 SBD: took it easy i felt a headache coming in. After this i bed rotted for a day! •
