Ngayong araw po ay opisyal na tayong iprinoklama ng COMELEC bilang mananatiling Gobernador ng Camarines Norte sa susunod na tatlong (3) taon. Ito po ang magsisilbi kong ikalawang termino at kasama po ang aking pamilya ay lubos po kaming nagpapasalamat sa ibinuhos nyong suporta sa amin ng inyong mananatiling Vice Governor Engr. Joseph V. Ascutia,2nd District Congresswoman Rosemarie C. Panotes, pati na rin ang mga kasamahan naming bokal, sa loob ng 45 araw ng pangangampanya hanggang sa mismong araw ng halalan.

Asahan nyo po na ipagpapatuloy at ipa-Padagos lang namin ang aming pagseserbisyong Alay sa Diyos, Alay Sa Bayan!
