If you want to ramp up your strength training routine, try our 1-Week Intermediate Strength Training plan that breaks up workout days by muscle group. This approach will enable you to get your two full body strength sessions per week, while allowing you to work on one area per day. Use this plan together with your choice of cardio (aim for 150 minutes of moderate intensity work per week.). Add balance exercises every day or at least twice a week.
