Santé International formally signs contract with Ayala Land on October 23, 2017, held at Tower One & Exchange Plaza in Ayala, Makati City. This officially signals the beginning of the construction of the new Sante Fitness Lab, touted to be one of the country’s most advanced fitness training and sports centers. Sante Fitness Lab is located in Vermosa Sports Hub, Ayala Land's premiere development located in Cavite.

Key representatives from Sante Health and Fitness Inc. (SHAFI), Sante Barley Tri-Team, Vermosa’s Management Team, Alveo Ayala Land Tri-Team together with the Sante Board of Directors were present in the contract signing. Also in attendance were Kuya Kim Atienza, TV personality and triathlete, and notable Sante business owners during the inking agreement.
