Sunday nights used to fill me with dread. That heavy feeling at 4pm - you know the one.
I'd scroll my phone until midnight, somehow thinking I could delay Monday from coming.
Spoiler: it didn't work.
Then I realized Monday wasn't the problem. My relationship with Monday was.
I started asking myself one question every morning: 'How do I want to FEEL today?' Everything shifted.
Now I actually look forward to Mondays. Not because they're perfect, but because I start them with intention instead of dread.
