Like many couples, Thalia and Geric found themselves stuck in a familiar cycle.

People ask me this a lot.

"CC, ang weird...

Bakit ang dami mong napo-produce na fitness transformations sa students mo kahit hindi ka nagpopost ng fitness tips?"

Simple answer:

Because you won't get results from focusing on fitness alone. Alam 'to ng mga students ko.

๐Ÿ˜ต We know people (even fitness coaches) who can recite every exercise science study.
๐Ÿ˜ต Who know the perfect macros for cutting and bulking.
๐Ÿ˜ต Who memorize all YouTube and TikTok videos about weight loss.

Pero if you look at them, they can't even stay consistent for 2 weeks.

They know WHAT to do.
They just don't know HOW to make themselves do it.

That's the gap.

The gap between knowledge and action.
Between knowing and doing.
Between planning and executing.

And that gap? Hindi yan fitness problem.

That's a psychology and behavior problem (nasa personal development and behavioral science fields).

It's about identity. Systems. Habits. Mindset.

In case you didn't know, wala pa kong six pack abs dati.

Left, I was already lifting for years. 5-6x a week workout, eating "clean", avoiding some of my favorite foods.

Yet, this was my result.

Right, today, doing less effort both in workout and nutrition. I value rest days more, and I don't avoid any foods.

Plus, I'm 100x more successful now in all areas of my life including business, wealth, relationships, etc.
