I’ve learned that the body remembers how we learned to survive.
I see it every day, in breath, in tension, in posture. Stress writes these patterns. Safety is what slowly changes them.
This is the work I do. I don’t try to fix the body. I listen until it feels safe enough to soften.

Inside a BreathingCold training, the real work doesn’t happen in the ice ❄️ or in the breath alone. It happens in the spaces between us. In the circles where stories are shared 🫂
In the moments where someone dares to go a little deeper, and the whole group follows.
Through breathwork, cold exposure, movement, and authentic relating, layers start to fall away. Old patterns soften, the body speaks and, what’s been waiting to be felt finally finds space.
Again and again, I invite you back inside, not with the intention to fix, but to listen. To stay. To meet ourselves, and each other, with honesty 🌺
This kind of transformation is only possible because of the group, because people choose to open their hearts.
To cry, laugh, shake, scream. To sit with discomfort.

One of the real secrets of change is repetition 🔥
What you practice daily is what slowly rewires your system and shapes the way you live.
That’s why, inside the training, we start every morning with practice. Not to add more information, but to create new neural pathways, to feel how doing things differently actually changes your inner state..
We interrupt old habits and familiar patterns, and we install new ones through breathwork, meditation, movement, mantras, visualization and affirmations.
Small practices. Repeated daily. That’s how transformation becomes embodied.

Science shows now that we can reprogram our subconscious by creating new healthy habits, understanding our limited beliefs - I am not good enough, I don’t deserve to be loved, to succeed - and turning them into positive mantras that repeated enough can create new circuits in the brain.
The brain does not know the difference between the past, the present and the future so when you say to yourselves “God I am good looking”, that is what you will project. The challenge is to imprint it in your subconscious.
That’s when a daily breathwork routine comes in.
What i teach is a practical set of tools to incorporate in your daily life to change your mind. Different breathing techniques, extremities exposure and full cold or ice bath to experience fear and pain in a controlled environment. Fear and pain are just signals, up to you to decide what to do once you receive the signal.
My intention is to empower you so you wake up every morning knowing what to do to change your life and live it fully.
