The Power of Being Truly Seen

There’s something profound that happens when we share vulnerably — not to fix, not to impress, but simply to be.

In Circling, we slow down and connect beyond roles, stories, or surface‑level conversation.
We follow a few simple but powerful agreements that create deep safety:
• No advice giving
• Speak from “I” — not about others
• One person speaks at a time
• Speak from the heart, not the mind
• Equal air time for everyone
• What’s shared stays confidential

Why does this matter?
Because telling the truth of what happened is an essential part of integrating every part of us and stepping forward whole. And opening up isn’t just personal work — it’s relational responsibility. When you let yourself be seen, you give silent permission for someone else to do the same and to reveal how your words land in their world.

In that exchange, masks drop.
We discover we are not alone with our struggles.
We realize we’re not as different from one another as we imagined.

No good. No bad. Just breath. Just presence.

This was a Breathwork session inside a prison in Indonesia.
A space where stories are complex. Emotions raw. Labels heavy.

But here’s what I’ve come to believe:
We are not here to fix people.
We are here to witness.
To breathe together.
To feel what’s true—without judgment.

In this work, I don’t believe in "good" or "bad".
I believe in creating space for all parts of ourselves to be seen, felt, and integrated.
Even the ones we were taught to hide.

We are all in a kind of prison.
Not always with bars and walls—but with the parts of ourselves we’ve locked away.
The anger we weren’t allowed to feel.
The softness we learned to hide.
The voice we silenced to be accepted.

True freedom begins when we stop rejecting those parts…
And start listening.

Breath by breath, we open the door from the inside.

Your body speaks when your mind won’t listen.

When peace isn’t present, your nervous system lets you know — not through words, but through sensations, patterns, and impulses.

Here are 5 subtle (and not so subtle) signs your body is stuck in survival mode:

1. You can’t slow down.Even when nothing is urgent, your body stays in motion. You might feel restless, fidgety, or guilty when you try to rest. This is often a sign of being stuck in fight or flight.

2. You wake up tired or wired.Despite sleeping, you wake up tense, with your jaw clenched or your heart racing. Your body is bracing for something—consciously or not.

3. Your breath is shallow.If you're constantly breathing into your chest or holding your breath, your body is preparing for defense, not connection.

4. You overreact to small things.A slight change in plans, a message left unread, or someone’s tone can send your system into panic, anger, or withdrawal. These aren’t overreactions—they’re unresolved responses.

5. You feel disconnected from your body.You live in your head. You forget to eat. You don’t notice your shoulders are tense or your hands clenched until it’s painful.

How to Set Your Body FreePeace isn’t forced. It’s allowed.

Here are some practices that help restore inner safety:
– Conscious breathwork to re-pattern your nervous system– Authentic movement to release suppressed energy
– Cold Baths to reset and ground the system
– Journaling and reflection to integrate emotional tension
– Spaces of co-regulation (being seen, witnessed, held)

Your body doesn’t need to be fixed.
It needs to feel safe enough to stop defending itself.

When you meet your body with presence, it starts to trust you again.

There is nothing to heal.
There are wounded parts of you to inegrate.

Start from where you are.
With shaky hands. With doubts. With a full heart.
That’s enough.

Self-Love doesn’t come from rejecting who you are—it begins with radical self-acceptance.
Loving yourself as you are is the most powerful step you can take.

Forgive the old versions of you.
Act from love, not lack.
You’re already worthy. You’ve always been.

You can change your mind... It’s easy, just breathe!

You can do more than you think you can! You are the one you have been waiting for!

Science shows now that we can reprogram our subconscious by creating new healthy habits, understanding our limited beliefs - I am not good enough, I don’t deserve to be loved, to succeed - and turning them into positive mantras that repeated enough can create new circuits in the brain. The brain does not know the difference between the past, the present and the future so when you say to yourselves “God I am good looking”, that is what you will project. The challenge is to imprint it in your subconscious.

That’s when a daily breathwork routine comes in. What i teach is a practical set of tools to incorporate in your daily life to change your mind. Different breathing techniques, extremities exposure and full cold or ice bath to experience fear and pain in a controlled environment. Fear and pain are just signals, up to you to decide what to do once you receive the signal.

My intention is to empower you so you wake up every morning knowing what to do to change your life and live it fully.
