Operations Research Society of the Philippines – UST Chapter is an organization from the Faculty of Engineering focused on the field of Operations Research. Operations Research(OR) is a discipline that deals with the application of advanced analytical methods to help improve the quality of decisions about managing scarce and valuable resources. Such resources include not only financial resources but also issues related to the quality of human life, medical treatment, the environment and many other important issues. ORSP - UST Chapter provides its members w/ activities and events that would enrich the knowledge and skills of its members. It exposes its members to the diverse applications of Operations Research in various industries.
