Fighting for a stronger heart! 🥊❤️

You don’t need to be a pro boxer to reap the benefits of exercise. Moving your body is one of the best ways to prevent serious health issues like heart attacks and strokes.

Here is the simple "prescription" for a healthy heart: ✅ Aerobic: Aim for 150 minutes of moderate activity (brisk walking) or 75 minutes of vigorous activity (like boxing or running) per week. ✅ Strength: Add weights or resistance training at least 2 days a week. ✅ Sit Less: Even small movements help offset the risks of sitting all day.

Start slow and increase your intensity gradually. Your heart will thank you later!

“PEROcrastination”

This is me. Well “was” me...
Pero sometimes, yep. Sometimes hinahabol ako netong attitude na to.😅

Minsan nananalo, minsan natatalo pero one thing na masheshare ko,
“Kung nakakarelate ka, Bes, tara! Baguhin na natin!”😊👊

Yung attitude na, kumpleto ka naman na ng resources, nagde-devo ka naman, may mga pwede ka namang gamitin para mag-simula, malakas ka pa naman, napapag-pray PERO DI MAKAPAG-SIMULA. Kulang ng self -push para i-apply yung Word ni God-At instead of solving this attitude, pinapatungan na lang ng excuses...

Mga linya ko dati...🥺😫
“Pero kasi Kulang pa ko sa knowledge.”
“Pero kasi bata pa ko.”
“Pero kasi wala pa aong inspiration”
“Pero kasi tali ako sa trabaho”
“Pero kasi walang pahinga”
“Pero kasi wala akong time sa ngayon..”

Pero kapag nabigyan naman ng time, tools, rest, reminders, Di pa rin ginagawa. Haaay... 😭

But it came to a point na ginising ako sa katotohanan na lumilipas ang panahon at di pa ko nakakapag-simula sa mga goals ko. Di pwedeng ganto... di na pala to basta procastination...

Nag-eexcuse na lang ako kasi alam ko na Mahirap magsimula. Mahirap magbago, mahirap magpatuloy lalo na kung paayaw ka na. Puro complain, excuse, complain...

Kaya ayun, ang daming nasayang na time. Sinasabi ko sa sarili ko,

“Ilang motivational videos, posts, quotes pa ang ishe-share mo sa newsfeed mo bago mo iapply ang mga ito sa buhay mo?”

Bes, kung nakakarelate ka, Isang paalala lang na Huwag tayo magpatrap sa attitude na to. Mahirap magsimula “Yes” pero di mo naman kailangan to harapin mag-isa.

Pray. Ask God for strength to start.

Repent from the sins and distractions that’s keeping you slow and lazy and stubborn.

Pursue mo yung mga bagay na passionate ka, kahit kulang kulang pa gamit mo. Do it not for yourself but for the glory of God!

Pag-sikapan mong bumangon, kapag napapasobra na ang tulog at buhatin yung mga kailangan mong pasanin.

Push mo pa yung sarili mo to break the habits na di nakakatulong sa growth mo at di nakakaplease kay God..

Take each day one step at a time. Di kailangan malalaking steps, kailangan mo lang kumilos.

Count your blessings Bes, not complain about the things na wala ka pa.
Turn your Excuses to exercises.
Your procrastination to productivity.
Your katamaran to kasipagan.
