Sayaw ng Buntis

Sayuntis or Sayaw ng Buntis is a celebration of motherhood which combines belly dancing, yoga and dance routines for pregnant women and their partners.

A portmanteau of two Tagalog words “sayaw” and buntis”, meaning dance and pregnancy, respectively, it is more that just a physical exercise involving abdominal movement, deep concentration and isolation of muscles.

A holistic approach to maternal health and wellness, Sayuntis aims to draw out mothers inner beauty for an empowering journey throughout pregnancy, and highlights coordination and strong support from their chosen partners.
